A Different Approach To Digital Marketing

eCommerce Websites

Ecommerce does not always mean Add to Basket and Checkout. We build online stores around the way your customers actually buy.

For some businesses ecommerce is straightforward: a customer finds a product, adds it to a basket and pays. For others — particularly specialist and B2B suppliers — the real buying process involves product selection, a quotation, an approval and a purchase order long before any money changes hands.

We build both, on WordPress and WooCommerce, with the integrations and tracking needed to run them properly.

When the checkout is not the finish line

Plenty of specialist businesses are told they need a conventional online shop, then find the standard basket-and-checkout journey does not fit how they actually sell.

Prices may depend on specification, volume or contract. Orders may need sign-off. Products may need discussing before anyone commits. Forcing that into a normal checkout usually means losing the enquiry altogether.

Add to Quote, not Buy Now

We build quote-led ecommerce, where customers browse a full product catalogue, select what they need and submit it as a quotation request rather than an immediate purchase.

You keep the sales conversation. The customer gets the convenience of a proper product catalogue with search, filtering and specifications. Nothing is lost to a checkout that was never appropriate.

Case in point: Anti-Ligature Shop

Anti-Ligature Shop supplies ligature-resistant products into healthcare, custodial and secure environments — a specification-led market where buyers are procurement teams, not consumers.

We built the platform on WordPress and WooCommerce using a multisite structure that supports several sub-brands from one technical foundation, with a quotation-based purchasing journey rather than a conventional checkout.

What that involved

  • WooCommerce build with a bespoke quote workflow
  • WordPress multisite supporting multiple sub-brand sites
  • Detailed product catalogue with specification data
  • Trade and procurement-friendly enquiry journey
  • An ongoing technical relationship rather than a one-off build

What we build

  • B2C online stores on WooCommerce
  • B2B and trade ecommerce
  • Quote-led and enquiry-led catalogues
  • Customer account and trade-pricing functionality
  • Large or complex product catalogues
  • Multisite and multi-brand structures

And what connects to it

  • CRM and email platforms
  • Ecommerce conversion tracking and Google Analytics 4
  • Google and Microsoft shopping feeds

We also work with Shopify where it is genuinely the better fit.

Built to be measured

An ecommerce site that cannot tell you which products, campaigns and channels produce revenue is very hard to grow.

We set up ecommerce tracking properly at build time — purchase and enquiry events, product-level reporting and campaign attribution — so the marketing decisions that follow are based on something solid.

Where projects start

Ecommerce projects vary enormously depending on catalogue size, integrations and how unusual the buying process is.

Website projects start from £2,000. Bespoke development work — custom quote systems, stock integrations, trade portals — typically starts from £5,000.

Tell us how your customers buy and we will tell you what it would take to build.

Selling something that does not fit a standard checkout? That is usually the interesting part. Tell us about it.
