The Initial Project

Tenant Angels approached Digital Approach after using a Manchester-based PPC specialist. They needed to increase the leads generated and lower the cost per lead.

After an initial discussion, it was clear they were losing money.

They were paying £181 per lead with a conversion rate of 1 in 5. Costing them nearly £1,000 to make one sale worth £250. We reviewed there currently ad accounts and completely overhauled the campaigns. We also created them a new website and implicated conversion tracking to optimise the campaigns going forward. This gave us and the client a clear picture of what campaigns were working better than others. We implemented a re-marketing campaign to bring back lost customers.

The Results:

Within 6 weeks, Digital Approach reduced the cost per lead from £181 to £9 per lead and increased the amount of nearly 8 fold. After a couple of more weeks, we then reduced the cost per lead down to £3.23 while maintaining the clients budget meaning the client gets more results for the same budget.
